My nightmares come to life in this final portion of the story. Inspired by the gripping terror of sleep paralysis and my own recurring themes in my nightmares.

Further still I go into the labyrinth
When suddenly everything begins to change before my eyes
And once again the crippling fear takes hold
Frozen still I cannot breathe, I'm paralyzed...

In my mind a war brews that can't be won
But there's nowhere to run
Now I find I'm the only one
To fight the giant within me

As the beast, it towers oh so high above my head...
I can see there's only one way out of here...
There is no escape for me but straight ahead
I know I’ve got to face this beast, that much is clear

To fight the giant within me

But every time I strike it just revives….
The torments of my past have come alive!
And now I must struggle to survive….

In a final moment of my desperation
I bring my hammer down upon its head

In a flash the scene shifts from what I’ve done
And it’s clear I have won
But now I’ve killed the only one
who could find the way out from in here…
